And it becomes clear very quickly that $50 is a high price for this game. Call me crazy, but the amount you pay for something does influence what you expect out of it. When I have two games in my hand, and there is a $30 difference in price between them, I want to see some differences. It's not a bad-looking game, but it also looks almost exactly like the DS version. The graphics are still bright and attractive they have the sort of animated look that seems to work so well on the Wii. The developers could have done all those nice things, but of course they didn't. When I assumed, I made an "ass" out of "u" and "me." I assumed that we were going to see some crazy upgrades when I noticed the price was $50. Add in multiplayer? Please, that would be very nice. I was excited about the Wii version of Cooking Mama the game could have been made great with a story mode and some deeper gameplay. It was cheap enough to be an impulse buy and cute enough to keep my interest for a quick play every now and again.
